We enjoyed spending 1 night here. The place was fairly clean and we loved deluxe room. The hotel's location was central, in it's general area's. The staff was pleasant and polite, and the service was incredible.

An electronic key card, cable channels, and a writing table in the room, comfortable location.

It was in a central location, close to all main shops. The food was nice with a good choice of alternatives.

The rooms have a spa tub, and it's conveniently located near all the shopping areas.

Good-sized and brand-new units with 2 double beds, a microwave plus spa tub. All in all exceptionally nice setting near to many restaurants and the beach and other spots to check out.

Quite busy staff!

Our double room included central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card. Private bathroom was spotless. It had good and ideal location near the mountains and the lakes as well as the center city of Plattsburgh, shops and attractions and shopping.

In overall the room was big and perfect and with a microwave which is great for families, towels to shower, bedroom. The pleasant and very pleasant stuff provided all the necessary info. It was in a marvellous location, close to a motorway.

The staff here is friendly, the facilities are clean, and the location is perfect, right next to shops and restaurants.

I greatly enjoyed the room with a spa tub. A microwave and a refrigerator were a plus. The staff were very attentive. Excellent and absolutely perfect location close to shops and restaurants. Spent a nice evening at Pizza Hut, located very close to the venue.

Location and no shuttle to airport

Too expensive in comparison to my other locations. Both Niagara Falls and Chads Ford were nicer facilities and lower priced.

Perfectly clean hotel in a very good building close enough to the mountains and the lakes, and the mall and all the other shopping outlets. Well-equipped and reasonably large unit with a microwave and refrigerators. The most important - great location in the area that we have previously stayed at.

Great overall experience. Clean hotel with a supper friendly staff and spotless and beautiful rooms. Unbeatable central location, right by Also close to shops, and the center city of Plattsburgh. Lots of incredible food.
